1. Privacy and trademarks
The information you share with us will be treated with care.
Your personal information will be used only by our company and our affiliates. We will never provide your personal info to third parties without your consent.
You are allowed to take photos and information during our tours, including our guides but you cannot use them in commercial purposes without our consent.
We reserve the right to use photographs or images from our tours for promoting and marketing purposes.
The Bucharest Experience logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names and icons appearing on the website and/or in our presentations and materials, registered or not, are the property of their respective owners. Unauthorized use may violate trademark and other laws.
2. Booking conditions and participation to our tours
By booking a tour, you are committed to participate according to the schedule. In case of cancellation, we will refund 50% of the tour cost, no later than 1 week before the tour date. In case of cancellation with less than 1 week prior to the tour start, we will not refund the tour cost.
Changes of a tour date will be considered base on our guides’ availability. Each request will be treated separate.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour, at any time, without prior information. Participants to a canceled tour have the right to request full refund of the payment.
You can join a tour group at any time, without prior reservation, but you are conditioned by the tour schedule update and by the number of participants.
Participation in our tours is strictly voluntary. We reserve the right to deny participation in any tour to any person, for any reason, at any time.
Our prices are presented in EUR. Payment terms and conditions are related to the payment suppliers you are choosing.
3. Complaints
Any complaints should be communicated by e-mail to our representatives as soon as it arises. Failure to notify our representative at the time, providing the company the opportunity to rectify the cause of complaint, may result in your loss of any legal rights in respect of the particular matter. If this issue is not solved, then the complaint should be made in writing within 20 days of the end of your trip.
